Дуров жил несколько лет в Финляндии . Дело в телеграме, им все пользуются в России и в Иране и др странах типа США ,где власти, без решения суда по конкретному человеку ,читают переписку граждан .В США массово прослушивают телефоны и читают обычную и эл переписку, сотрудники NSA,FBI,DEA,CIA
